Kiss Nail Products, Inc. is seeking a Senior Warehouse Manager to lead operational excellence in a high-volume, multi-channel distribution center.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of warehouse/distribution experience, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.
• Proven experience with ERP (SAP), WMS (Manhattan SCALE), and WES (Exacta or similar).
• Strong knowledge of fulfillment processes, including pick-pack-ship execution.
• Experience leading high-volume, multi-SKU DC operations.
• Hands-on leadership of system implementations, process design, and automation projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations across receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, and shipping.
• Manage and optimize workflows using SAP ERP, Manhattan SCALE WMS, and Exacta WES.
• Develop and maintain KPIs (order accuracy, inventory accuracy, on-time shipments, cost per order, labor productivity).
• Partner with IT and teams to integrate automation solutions (AutoStore, T-sort sortation, print-and-apply, RFID).
• Lead a team of warehouse Supervisors, Leads, and associates; provide coaching, development, and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including Lean, Six Sigma, and process re-engineering.
