Job summary

Datex is seeking an Implementation Manager to lead WMS implementation projects for warehouse clients worldwide. You will partner with the Project Manager, Scrum Master, and Director of Project Implementation in an Agile delivery team to translate business needs into functional tech specs and ensure successful Go Live.

The role requires strong communication, hands-on training, and field support capabilities, with travel up to 25% across the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 7+ years in software implementation.
• Superior communication skills in verbal and written forms.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirement discovery and design of solutions.
• Train clients and oversee Go Live success (on-site or remote).
• Coordinate with Technical Associates and Product Backlog items.
• Provide field support and ensure timely project delivery.
• Maintain artifacts in the DevOps project for the client.
