Job summary

ShipHawk is seeking an experienced Implementation Project Manager to lead end-to-end implementations of our Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Transportation Management System (TMS) for customers across the United States. This remote role requires strong project leadership, hands-on WMS knowledge, and SaaS experience to drive projects from kickoff through go-live.

You will own multiple customer implementations, coordinate technical resources, manage timelines, and serve as the primary point

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing software implementations, technical projects, or complex customer-facing projects.
• Direct experience implementing or configuring Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or extensive hands-on WMS experience in related roles.
• Professional experience with SaaS products or platforms, either at a SaaS company or as a customer implementing SaaS solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple concurrent WMS and TMS implementation projects from kickoff through go-live.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Proactively manage dependencies, risks, and roadblocks to keep projects on track.
• Ensure implementations are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with customer expectations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the implementation process.
• Lead kickoff meetings, status updates, and project discussions with clear agendas and next steps.
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure deliverables are completed on schedule.
• Identify and eliminate potential challenges early while maintaining a solutions-oriented approach.
• Collaborate with Implementation Engineers, Product, and other teams to support deployments.
• Develop understanding of ShipHawk's WMS and TMS solutions and how they support customer operations.
