Job summary

Datex Inc. is a family-owned software provider for 3PLs and warehouses seeking an Implementation Manager to lead WMS projects globally.

You will work with an Agile delivery team, coordinating with Project Manager, Scrum Master, and Director of Project Implementation to deliver solutions for diverse warehouse clients. The role requires translating business needs into functional specs, providing on-site training, and ensuring Go-Live success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 7+ years of software implementation leadership.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills.
• Willing to travel 25% of the time during employment.
• Experience implementing WMS/TMS in logistics.
• Strong knowledge of Agile delivery practices.
• Familiar with SQL, XML, and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Train clients.
• Liaise with clients to set expectations and strategize solutions.
• Refine Product Backlog items for delivery by Technical Associates.
• Oversee technical items delivered and ensure quality.
• Test solutions in the customer environment.
• Ensure successful Go Live on-site or remotely.
• Assign tasks and train Technical Associates.
• Advise clients on best practices and efficiencies.
• Assist Director with process improvement initiatives.
• Store artifacts in the DevOps project per client.
• May serve as Product Owner for a Client Delivery Team.
• Develop specialization for a specific industry.
