Job summary

Blue Yonder is seeking a Program Manager to oversee several product implementation projects for global manufacturing customers. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage scope, timelines and budgets, and communicate risks to stakeholders.

The role requires 3–5 years in program management within the supply chain space, with experience in WMS/TMS in the automotive sector. A strong leadership and analytical mindset is essential for success.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in program management, project management, or a related field.
• Supply Chain industry experience is required.
• Demonstrated experience in conflict management and resolution for internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience in managing Planning and Execution Solutions.
• Experience in WMS and TMS in Automotive industry.
• Experience with program management, including timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Strong leadership skills and experience in managing cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field; advanced degrees are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the coordination and delivery of multiple Blue Yonder product implementation programs for global manufacturing customers.
• Work closely with customer and internal cross-functional teams to ensure programs are delivered on time and within scope.
• Communicate program status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and management.
• Identify and mitigate program risks and issues.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions.
• Develop and track progress against program plans, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
