Job description

Insight Global is seeking a Product Manager to support a large enterprise supply chain and distribution network, with a focus on warehouse technology solutions. This individual will act as the bridge between business stakeholders, warehouse operations teams, and software engineering groups, driving the strategy, development, and enhancement of products within the warehouse management ecosystem. The role is heavily focused on Manhattan WMS and Labor Management Systems (LMS), supporting initiatives that improve inventory management, order fulfillment, workforce productivity, and overall distribution center efficiency. The ideal candidate will have experience owning warehouse technology products, gathering and prioritizing business requirements, managing product backlogs, and leading enhancements from concept through deployment. This person should be comfortable working in an Agile environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and translating operational challenges into scalable technology solutions that drive measurable business value.

Compensation:

$50/hr - $55/hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
