Job summary

Soni is seeking an experienced Manhattan WMOS professional to lead design, configuration, and ongoing support within a dynamic supply chain environment. The role involves translating business needs into scalable WMOS solutions and developing cross-system integrations with ERP and TMS.

The candidate will mentor junior team members, support 24x7 production operations on rotations, and contribute to documentation, testing, and PMO-aligned project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, configuration, and ongoing support of Manhattan WMOS.
• Translate business needs into scalable system solutions in partnership with warehouse operations.
• Author business, functional, and technical requirements documentation.
• Develop and support integrations across WMS, ERP, TMS, and related systems.
• Troubleshoot production issues and drive cross-functional resolution.
• Support system implementations, upgrades, and testing (SIT/UAT).
• Design and maintain reports to meet business needs.
• Collaborate with vendors, project teams, and stakeholders.
• Mentor team members and provide knowledge transfer.
• Support 24x7 production environment on a rotational basis.
• Maintain awareness of Manhattan roadmap and enhancements.
• Develop technical documentation and test plans.
• Participate in development, testing, and continuous process improvement.
• Support project delivery in alignment with PMO methodologies.
• Lead training sessions for system updates and enhancements.

• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and supply chain processes
• Experience with WMS integrations (ERP, TMS)
• Working knowledge of SQL/PLSQL and Unix/Linux
• Experience supporting production systems and system implementations/testing

Compensation:

Up to $140,000 annually
