Job summary

Insight Global is supporting a client seeking an experienced Operational Lead with Manhattan Active WMS exposure to guide warehouse operations during a large-scale system conversion and peak season. The role requires hands-on leadership, bridging operations and technology, and supporting end users across a high-volume distribution center.

Ideal candidates have 3–4 years in an Operational Leader role, experience managing inbound/outbound/inventory, and success leading go-lives with Manhattan

Qualifications

• 3-4 years in an Operational Leader role.
• Proficiency leading operations in one or more areas (inbound, outbound, or inventory).
• Experience with high order volume (70k+ weekly, 70k+ daily during peak).
• Experience leading a warehouse team through go-live and with Manhattan Active on-site support.

Job description

A client of Insight Global is We are seeking an experienced Operational Lead with Manhattan Active WMS experience to support warehouse operations during a large-scale system conversion and peak season activities. This individual will serve as the bridge between operations and technology teams, leveraging hands-on warehouse leadership experience to support end users, troubleshoot issues, and drive operational success within a high-volume distribution environment.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3-4 years of experience in an Operational Leader role
• Proficiency leading operations in one or more areas
• inbound, outbound or inventory
• Previous experience with high order volume (70k+ weekly on average, and 70k+ daily during peak season)
• Experience leading a team in a warehouse setting during a go-live and working directly with Manhattan Active (providing onsite operational support during implementation, conversion and stabilization efforts)

Compensation:

$38/hr to $45/hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Employees in this role will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one of

the 401(k) retirement plan begins after 90 days of employment. Additionally, employees in this
