Job summary

Litmus7 Systems Consulting Ltd. is seeking a senior WMS Architect to lead enterprise-wide design and implementation of warehouse management systems.

You will spearhead standards, integration patterns, and deployment strategies across multiple sites, driving complex transformations and future-state WMS roadmaps. The role requires deep WMS domain expertise, hands-on leadership, and a track record of successful multi-site deployments in retail, ecommerce, manufacturing, or 3PL environments.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in WMS, supply chain tech, or related enterprise apps.
• Strong hands-on experience with Blue Yonder or Manhattan WMS.
• Proven ability to lead end-to-end WMS implementations across multiple sites.
• Deep understanding of warehouse operations at scale.
• Experience designing WMS for retail, ecommerce, manufacturing, or 3PL.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the design authority for WMS solutions across the enterprise.
• Lead architecture and implementation of WMS; prefer Blue Yonder or Manhattan.
• Define WMS standards, integration patterns, and deployment strategies.
• Own end-to-end solution design for inbound, outbound, inventory, and labor.
• Lead multi-site and global warehouse transformation programs and rollouts.
• Design and govern ERP, OMS, scanners, printers, automation, robotics integrations.
• Drive blueprinting, build, testing, cutover, go-live, and hypercare for WMS projects.
• Provide technical and functional leadership across IT, operations, vendors, and business stakeholders.
• Influence decisions on WMS direction, trade-offs, and investments.
• Troubleshoot production issues; lead root-cause analysis and cross-team resolution.
• Review functional specs, technical designs, and deployment plans.
• Lead SIT, UAT, regression testing, and post go-live stabilization.
• Support automation, robotics, and material handling integrations architecturally.
• Provide strategic WMS roadmap guidance and future-state design.
• Communicate with senior leadership and stakeholders clearly.

Salary: $140,000 to $150,000 per Annum
Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the design authority for WMS solutions across the enterprise.
• Lead strategic architecture and implementation of WMS. Blue Yonder or Manhattan would be preferred.
• Define WMS standards, integration patterns, deployment strategies, and best practices across multiple sites.
• Own end-to-end solution design for inbound, outbound, inventory, replenishment, picking, packing, shipping, returns, labor, and task management.
• Lead multi-site and global warehouse transformation programs, including rollout planning and virtual coordination across regions.
• Design and govern integrations with ERP, OMS, scanners, printers, automation, robotics, and other enterprise systems.
• Drive blueprinting, architecture, build, testing, cutover, go-live, and hypercare for complex WMS implementations.
• Provide technical and functional leadership across IT, operations, vendors, and business stakeholders.
• Influence business and IT decision‑making on solution direction, trade‑offs, and investment priorities.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues, lead root cause analysis, and coordinate resolution across teams.
• Prepare and review functional specifications, technical design documents, integration architecture, and deployment plans.
• Lead SIT, UAT, regression testing, production validation, and post-go-live stabilization.
• Support automation, robotics, and material handling equipment integrations from an architectural perspective.
• Provide strategic guidance on WMS roadmap, capabilities, and future‑state design.
• Communicate clearly with senior leadership, business stakeholders, and technical teams.

Required Qualifications:

• 12+ years of experience in WMS, supply chain technology, or related enterprise applications.
• Strong hands‑on experience in Blue Yonder or Manhattan WMS.
• Proven experience leading enterprise‑level, end‑to‑end WMS implementations across multiple sites.
• Deep understanding of warehouse and distribution center operations at scale.
• Experience designing WMS solutions for retail, ecommerce, manufacturing, or 3PL environments.
• Ability to define and govern WMS architecture, integration strategies, and deployment standards.
• Strong leadership experience working with IT, operations, vendors, and business stakeholders.
• Experience in ERP, OMS, and automation integrations.
• Working knowledge of SQL, APIs, middleware, microservices, and event‑driven architectures.
• Experience in automation, robotics, conveyor systems, and advanced material handling.
• Background in retail or ecommerce.
• Ability to shape WMS strategy and roadmap at an enterprise level.
• Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder influence skills.
