Technology Product Manager – HDW Inventory

Location: Atlanta, GA

Position Overview

We are seeking a Technology Product Manager to support an inventory technology team and help drive enhancements to the back-end inventory framework of a homegrown Warehouse Management System (WMS).

This role will focus on delivering incremental business value by driving product changes, managing product roadmaps, and collaborating closely with developers, designers, and business partners. The ideal candidate will bring a combination of warehouse management systems experience and product management experience within an Agile environment.

Candidates with strong warehouse systems experience and lighter product management experience may also be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain product roadmaps, priorities, and product strategies.
• Support enhancements and changes to the inventory framework within the WMS.
• Partner with developers, designers, and business stakeholders to define requirements and deliver product improvements.
• Work as part of a cross-functional Agile product team.
• Conduct business reviews and present product updates, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders at various organizational levels.
• Access, analyze, and interpret data to support product decisions and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and support applications, reporting models, and data-driven solutions.
• Translate business needs into actionable product requirements and priorities.
• Drive product changes that improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Support ongoing initiatives and enhancements across the inventory platform.

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or a related technology role.
• Experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or warehouse/inventory technology.
• Experience with at least one warehouse management platform, such as:
• Manhattan Associates
• SAP EWM
• Other WMS platforms
• Experience working within an Agile environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Experience managing product roadmaps, backlogs, priorities, or product strategies.
• Strong ability to access, analyze, and communicate data.
