Job summary

Accenture is seeking a skilled Blue Yonder WMS Lead to own and coordinate workstreams within BY WMS implementations. You will translate business requirements into robust BY WMS designs, configure components, and guide teams to deliver tested and documented WMS solutions.

The role requires strong technical and functional BY WMS capabilities, mentoring junior consultants and collaborating across delivery teams. Travel may be needed up to 100% depending on client needs.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Blue Yonder WMS experience.
• 3+ years consulting or implementation in Supply Chain/Logistics.
• 2+ years leading or owning functional and technical workstreams within a WMS implementation.
• 2+ years hands-on technical (MOCA, SQL, API-based integration, and Java development) and functional BY WMS configuration experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience); if Associate’s Degree, must have equivalent (minimum 6 years work experience).

Responsibilities

• Lead functional or technical workstreams within Blue Yonder WMS implementation projects.
• Translate client business requirements into BY WMS solution designs and configuration specifications.
• Configure and customize BY WMS components aligned with business and integration requirements.
• Coordinate with Delivery Leads to manage workstream timelines, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Develop and review functional and technical specifications for modifications, interfaces, and reports.
• Provide guidance and support to junior consultants and client team members.
• Support system integration, SIT/UAT testing, and go-live activities.
• Author and review design documentation, functional specs, and procedural guides throughout the project lifecycle.
