Qualifications

• 5+ years of people leadership experience, multi-site or remote teams preferred.
• 3+ years of experience with WMS and LMS, Manhattan Associates preferred.
• Experience supporting technology solutions for warehouse users.
• Strong understanding of warehouse strategies, design, and processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Warehouse Management Systems team across multiple DCs, FFCs, and MFCs with strong performance and enterprise alignment.
• Provide daily functional and technical guidance to team members and operations partners.
• Serve as a key liaison between site operations and corporate Supply Chain Systems group.
• Own site-specific configurations of WMS and related applications.
• Oversee issue triage, escalation, root-cause analysis, and coordination with IT and vendors.
• Drive enterprise CI projects to scale operations and integrate new technologies.
• Collaborate with Industrial Engineering and Supply Chain teams to implement solutions.
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members for long-term performance.
• Promote a positive, inclusive culture and cross-functional alignment.
