Job summary

Ulta Beauty in Greenwood, IN is seeking a Warehouse Management Systems Manager to lead the WMS team across multiple distribution centers, ensuring system performance and alignment with enterprise standards. You will partner with DC leadership, IT, and supply chain to drive improvements and implement new technologies.

The role requires 5+ years of leadership in multi-site environments and 3+ years with WMS/LMS (preferably Manhattan Associates), plus strong SQL and SOX compliance knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, supply chain, or related field.
• 5+ years of multi-site or remote team leadership.
• 3+ years with WMS and LMS, preferably Manhattan Associates.
• Experience supporting warehouse technology solutions for end users.
• Strong understanding of warehouse strategies, design, and processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage WMS team across multiple DCs, FFCs, and MFCs.
• Provide daily functional and technical guidance to team and operations partners.
• Coordinate with facility leadership and the corporate systems group.
• Own site-specific WMS configurations and ensure alignment with standards.
• Drive enterprise initiatives and CI projects to scale operations.
• Develop a high-performing team culture and mentor members.
• Ensure inventory synchronization across sites.
• Assist with LMS deployments and vendor coordination.
