Job summary

Bimbo Bakeries USA is seeking a Lead Supply Chain Technician for the North Aurora DC. This 100% onsite role focuses on ensuring optimal order fulfillment and service execution, acting as the WMS knowledge expert and driving continuous improvement in service metrics and inventory accuracy.

You will monitor inbound and outbound operations, review order fill at the SKU level, and support the WMS Systems Specialists with scheduling, reconciliation and training materials.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in distribution center operations or logistics preferred.
• Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve service gaps.
• Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS) and Oracle is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule aligned with operational needs.

Responsibilities

• Navigate WMS to support order fill and data analysis.
• Review SKU-level order fill and close gaps through corrective actions.
• Monitor unit, sleeve and case picks for accuracy.
• Communicate service metrics to the DC team and sales.
• Support WMS Systems Specialists and inbound/outbound schedules.
• Monitor scanning compliance and address performance gaps.
• Verify loads are marked as shipped in Oracle WMS.
• Assist with training materials and backup WMS support.
• Perform routine inventory counts and reconciliations.
• Other duties as assigned.
