Job summary

Bimbo Bakeries USA in the Chicago area seeks an Analyst, Supply Chain - Breadbox to manage end-to-end supply chain activities. You will plan production orders, create POs, manage customer orders, and monitor inventory to meet demand and minimize waste.

Key tasks include reconciling invoices, coordinating with 3PL providers, and ensuring accurate data in Oracle and BUSS/CDB. Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills are essential to support bakery operations and service levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required in supply chain or business-related field
• 2-5 years working experience preferable
• Demonstrated analytical skills
• Strong communication - written and verbal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Working knowledge of consumer, food manufacturing and supply chain Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Advanced Excel, Power Point, Intermediate Access)

Responsibilities

• Plan production orders and manage inventory across systems (Oracle, BUSS/CDB); coordinate with 3PL on issues.
• Enter and review customer orders in Oracle; adjust lead times and min/max; coordinate with Sales.
• Manage inventory reconciliations with vendors and liaise with 3PL on compliance and tracking.
