Job summary

Bimbo Bakeries USA is seeking a Senior Analyst, Supply Chain Optimization to drive inventory and demand planning across 15+ bakeries and regional distribution centers. You’ll balance capacity, inventories, and customer needs while leading cross-functional collaboration and process improvements.

The role requires 5–10 years in supply chain optimization, with strong analytical skills and experience in production planning, forecasting, and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in Supply Chain optimization or similar
• Experience in food & beverage a plus
• Strong grounding in inventory planning and replenishment models
• Knowledge of production planning and BOM management

Responsibilities

• Plan inventory and determine appropriate levels; take corrective action when long/short
• Schedule production and develop monthly purchase plans
• Lead S&OP process and model scenarios for supply/demand fluctuations
• Coordinate replenishment across corporate and 3rd party centers
• Reconcile inventory accuracy between systems and 3PL WMS
