Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 10+ years of application development experience with supply chain systems.
• Hands-on experience with Manhattan WMS/TMS; Active WM preferred.
• Proven leadership of engineering teams and delivery of large-scale enterprise solutions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end application development lifecycle.
• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional business & IT teams to gather and analyze requirements.
• Ensure the team writes clean, scalable, and efficient code.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Lead and mentor junior developers and assist in their professional growth.
• Scale up development efforts and actively contribute as a hands-on developer when project demands require.
