Job summary

Bimbo Bakeries USA is seeking a Lead Supply Chain Technician for the North Aurora DC, a 100% onsite role focused on ensuring optimal order fulfillment and service execution. You will monitor the WMS, analyze data, and drive improvements in inventory accuracy and service metrics.

Responsibilities include coordinating inbound/outbound schedules, identifying gaps, and supporting training materials. Strong analytical skills and experience with WMS are required, with Oracle familiarity a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve service gaps.
• Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, XLookup, Macros).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule aligned with operational needs.

Responsibilities

• Navigate the warehouse management system daily to gather and analyze data and provide order fill solutions.
• Proactively review order fill at the SKU level and close gaps through re-runs and inbound/outbound actions.
• Monitor and report on service metrics (order fill, on-time delivery) to the DC team and sales.
• Support WMS Systems Specialists with inbound/outbound schedules and high-impact unloads.
• Perform inventory counts and reconciliation to maintain accuracy.
• Assist with creating and updating training materials and back up WMS Systems Specialist as needed.
