Job summary

Burlington Stores seeks a Warehouse Management System Analyst to define, develop, and implement best practices across core Supply Chain functions, optimizing WMOS to maximize efficiency. You will be the primary liaison between business users and IT, guiding configuration, data analysis, and process improvements.

The role requires collaboration with Operations Managers and Supervisors, delivering measurable results while supporting East and West Coast operations.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business, Logistics, Engineering, IT or related field.
• Knowledge of Retail WMS (Manhattan Associates Open Systems).
• Understanding of modification specs, writing and reviewing.
• Familiar with constructing test requirements and test scripts.
• Proficient in SQL, Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Plan, analyze, and implement WM functionality with business users and IT.
• Configure WMOS settings (locations, printers, templates) and maintain logs.
• Troubleshoot and optimize operations by linking to system activities.
• Present data to DC staff and develop practical recommendations.
• Document requirements across functions and identify gaps.
