The Service Supply Chain Tech Lead is a 100% onsite role that plays a critical role in ensuring optimal order fulfillment and service execution within the North Aurora DC. This position will serve as a WMS knowledge expert responsible for proactively monitoring and resolving service gaps, supporting inbound and outbound operations, and driving continuous improvement in service metrics and inventory accuracy.
