Job summary

FedEx Supply Chain seeks an Advisor, Implementation Technology to drive end-to-end Warehouse Management System implementations across distribution facilities. You will coordinate OEM engineers, production control, test engineering, software, quality, and operations to ensure on-time delivery and high-quality documentation.

The role requires 5+ years implementing WMOS, strong SQL/Oracle skills, and the ability to liaison between customers and technology teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 8+ years of relevant experience.
• In lieu of degree, HS diploma or GED with 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Minimum 5 years implementing and supporting Manhattan WMOS.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of Warehouse Management Systems within facilities.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, quality, and operations.
• Develop and maintain documented SDLC-aligned processes and policies.
• Provide leadership for validation and completion of implementations.
• Build relationships with internal teams, customers, and vendors.
