Job summary

Virtualan Software, LLC is seeking an experienced Oracle WMS Functional Consultant with deep knowledge of Oracle WMS, Inventory, Order Management, Shipping and end-to-end supply chain processes. This role demands hands-on expertise in configuring warehouse solutions and leading complex deployments.

You will gather requirements, map processes, perform fit-gap analyses, and support integrations, data migration, testing (SIT/UAT), cutover and go-live activities, while providing documentation,

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Oracle SCM/Warehouse Management experience.
• 4+ years of hands-on Oracle WMS Functional Consulting experience.
• Experience with Oracle Inventory, OM, Purchasing, Shipping, and warehouse operations.
• Knowledge of Oracle Fusion WMS, Oracle WMS Cloud, or Oracle EBS WMS.
• Strong experience in testing, implementation, integrations, and production support.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements and configure Oracle WMS solutions.
• Support warehouse processes such as receiving, put-away, picking, replenishment, packing, shipping, cycle counting, and inventory transfers.
• Perform fit-gap analysis and prepare functional specifications.
• Work with technical teams on integrations, reports, interfaces, and data migration.
• Support SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live, hypercare, and production troubleshooting.
• Provide documentation, training, and stakeholder support.
