Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in the United States seeks an Operations Systems Manager (WMS Manager) to oversee the systems in operations and maintain WMS, TMS, and PKGS to meet business needs. You will work with warehouse teams to optimize inventory and improve warehouse efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or a similar field, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years in transportation or logistics experience.
• 4+ years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities

• System Configuration, define workflows and rules for inventory management.
• System Maintenance, upgrades and issue resolution.
• User Training, materials and sessions for system use.
• Data Analysis to identify trends and optimize inventory.
• System Integration with ERP, TMS, PKGS or order management systems.
• Provide Technical Support and develop test/project plans.
