Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking an Operations Systems Manager (WMS Manager) to lead the DFN Integration/Deployment efforts nationwide. The role emphasizes configuring, maintaining, and optimizing WMS, TMS and PKGS systems to support warehouse efficiency.

The position requires strong technical and communication skills, with 4+ years in logistics and a willingness to travel 30–50%. Manhattan Active experience is preferred, and the team collaborates across the warehouse and IT functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent field is required.
• 4+ years of transportation or logistics experience is required.
• 4+ years of experience in a similar role is required.

Responsibilities

• Configure the system: set parameters, define workflows, create inventory rules.
• Maintain the system: updates, upgrades, issue resolution.
• Train users and create training materials.
• Analyze system data to identify trends and optimize inventory.
• Integrate with ERP, TMS, PKGS and OMS for seamless data flow.
• Provide technical support and develop/test project plans.
