Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking an Implementation Analyst I in the United States to help deploy and support supply chain IT solutions at client sites, coordinating system setup, testing, training, and go-live activities.

You will analyze requirements, participate in testing, and assist with SOP documentation, project planning, and user acceptance testing, working with customers and internal teams to ensure successful implementations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in IT or equivalent required.
• 2+ years IT environment experience required.
• Experience in implementing and supporting business systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implements and supports Supply Chain IT solutions within DHL Supply Chain Division.
• Supports and ensures quality delivery of predefined IT solutions including system setup, testing, training, implementation and post-implementation support.
• Understanding current work processes and developing/publishing SOPs; participates in User Acceptance Testing.
• Applies IT methodologies to ensure implementations are delivered in a standard, repeatable method.
• Analyzes customer requirements to apply systems implementation concepts.
• Participates in project planning by estimating implementation tasks.
• Facilitates and supports business acceptance testing with customers and project leaders.
• Performs system setup, configuration, testing, training, go-live support.
• Facilitates training for hourly associates, supervisors and managers.
