Job summary

Frontier Behavioral Health is seeking a dedicated WISe Youth Peer Support Specialist to provide peer support within a trauma-informed framework. You will assess needs, support families, and work with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure youth remain safely at home and connected to services.

The role requires completion of CANS assessments, collaboration with enrollment, and travel to community settings. A valid driver's license and active WA credential or trainee status are essential.

Qualifications

• Self-identify as a youth who experienced emotional and behavioral challenges and have been in recovery for 1+ year.
• Certified Peer Support Specialist credential from WA DOH or Trainee requirement.
• High school diploma or equivalent and driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial CANS assessments for WISe enrollment.
• Coordinate with WISe Enrollment team on eligibility and referrals.
• Provide ongoing peer support and education to youth and families.
• Travel to client's home or community locations for service delivery.
