Job summary

Frontier Behavioral Health is seeking a Certified Peer Support Specialist to join our WISe team, delivering peer support and CANS assessments for youth and families in Spokane County. This role requires travel to community settings and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to promote recovery and stability.

The ideal candidate has a WA credential, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Self-identify as youth with lived experience and in recovery.
• Active WA Peer Specialist credential or Trainee candidate.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Willingness to use personal vehicle for work.

Responsibilities

• Provide education about WISe program, eligibility, and service intensity.
• Perform initial CANS assessments and enroll youth into WISe.
• Coordinate with WISe Enrollment team to determine next steps.
• Deliver peer support and family-centered services within WISe.
• Travel to community locations to support youth and families.
• Maintain confidential records and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Education

Certified Peer Support Specialist Credential (WA DoH)

High School Diploma or equivalent

Valid driver’s license
