Job summary

Frontier Behavioral Health seeks a WISe Parent Peer Specialist to join our wraparound team, supporting youth and families in home and community settings. The role requires flexibility, travel, and an on-call rotation for crisis consultation.

Candidates must be a parent/guardian, possess a Certified Peer Support Specialist credential (or Trainee) per WA DoH, have a high school diploma, and a valid driver's license. Prior community behavioral health experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Parent or legal guardian of a youth receiving behavioral health services.
• Active or pending Certified Peer Support Specialist Credential from WA DOH or Trainee credential.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and active auto insurance; willingness to use personal vehicle for work.
• Two years of experience in community behavioral health preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist clinicians in developing treatment objectives and interventions.
• Provide peer support to WISe team and families.
• Engage with clients in home and community settings; participate in discharge planning.
• Maintain confidential client records per agency policies.
• Travel between sites and to client homes; participate in on-call rotation.
