Job summary

The role spans homes, schools, and community settings with flexible hours to meet youth where they are.

Responsibilities include building authentic relationships, guiding youth through CSCP and CANS, and collaborating with the WISe team.

Qualifications

• Lived experience as a youth who navigated trauma or behavioral health challenges.
• Ability to connect authentically with youth who may feel unheard.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with warmth and empathy.

Responsibilities

• Amplify youth voice and choice in care planning.
• Build trust with youth; document perspectives in CSCP and CANS.
• Co-create strategies with youth and families; coordinate with care team.
