Dynamic Workforce Solutions is seeking a Child Support Statewide Trainer to create, implement, and deliver training and program support across Wisconsin. The role develops virtual training, online resources, and remote assistance for Child Support staff, with occasional in-state travel for onsite sessions.

Reporting to the Child Support Training Supervisor, you will train staff on policies, systems, and case management, and lead special projects while coordinating statewide training spaces and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience in Child Support or social services.
• Minimum 2 years in Child Support, W-2, income maintenance or related programs.
• Experience in training and with Child Support systems (CARES, CWW, ACCESS, KIDS).
• Proficiency with Captivate or Articulate Storyline is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain Child Support curriculum and programs.
• Deliver new and experienced worker training and on-site assistance.
• Train on policies, procedures, systems, and case management.
• Deliver training sessions on programmatic and interpersonal skills.
• Lead special projects as assigned.
• Attend department meetings and workgroups as needed.
• Identify and reserve training spaces statewide.
