Job summary

Dynamic Workforce Solutions is seeking a Child Support Statewide Trainer (CS7 616) to develop and deliver training across Wisconsin. The role focuses on creating curriculum, facilitating virtual and on-site sessions, and supporting staff with program knowledge.

Travel within Wisconsin may be required. Bachelor's degree preferred and at least 2 years in child support or related fields, with experience in training and the CARES/CWW/ACCESS/KIDS systems. Salary around $53,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred (or related experience in Child Support or social services).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Child Support, W-2, Income Maintenance or related fields.
• Experience with Child Support systems (CARES, CWW, ACCESS, KIDS).
• Experience with training development software (Captivate, Articulate Storyline) a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to work autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Child Support curriculum and related programs.
• Deliver training and onsite assistance to staff.
• Train policies, procedures, systems, and case management practices.
• Deliver training sessions on programmatic and interpersonal skills.
• Lead projects and act as project lead as assigned.
• Attend department meetings and participate in workgroups.
• Travel state-wide to locate and reserve training spaces.
