Job summary

Dynamic Workforce Solutions in Wisconsin seeks a Child Support (CS) Statewide Trainer to develop and deliver training across Wisconsin, primarily remotely from a home office with occasional on-site travel. Salary is $53,000 annually.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree (or relevant experience) and at least 2 years in Child Support or related fields, plus proficiency with training software (Captivate, Articulate Storyline).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or experience in Child Support, Workforce Development or Social Services areas.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Child Support, W-2, Income Maintenance or related program(s), and/or Children and Families arena.
• Experience with training development software (e.g. Captivate, Articulate Storyline) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Child Support curriculum and related programs.
• Deliver new and experienced worker training and on-site assistance to Child Support staff.
• Train Child Support policies, procedures, systems, and case management practices.
• Deliver training sessions on programmatic and interpersonal skills topics.
• Handle special projects and act as project lead per assignment.
• Attend and participate in department (DCF) meetings, workgroups and committees as needed.
• Locate and reserve training spaces around the state.
• Other Job Duties: Travel throughout the State of Wisconsin. Other duties and special projects as needed to meet overall training team and company objectives.
