Americollect/GetixHealth is hiring a Medical Billing and Collections Representative in Wisconsin. You will manage delinquent accounts, assist patients with payment plans, and coordinate with insurance follow-up, maintaining professional, patient-centered interactions.

The role requires 1–2 years in call center or healthcare collections, strong communication and organization, and the ability to handle high call volumes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of call center or healthcare collections experience.
• Knowledge of insurance collections including verification and follow-up.
• Residence in Wisconsin; bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Manage and resolve overdue medical accounts.
• Assist patients with payment arrangements and account inquiries.
• Submit accounts for insurance follow-up to appropriate internal departments.
• Maintain accurate and detailed account records.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure account resolution.
• Meet daily productivity and performance goals.
