Job summary

You will drive process improvements, use dashboards, and ensure compliance across the system.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in billing or accounts receivable.
• At least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of Medicaid and Medicare billing processes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the billing department to ensure timely invoice generation.
• Develop and optimize billing processes to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Use dashboards and KPIs to monitor performance and allocate resources.
• Analyze billing data to identify trends and drive improvements.
• Collaborate with departments to resolve billing inquiries and disputes.
• Lead and coach billing staff, including training and performance reviews.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
