Envolve is seeking an Area Manager in Wisconsin to lead multiple apartment communities, oversee staff hiring, training and supervision, and ensure strong financial and operational performance. You will partner with the Regional Manager to drive budgeting, reporting, and occupancy goals.

The role requires 5+ years in property/real estate management, experience managing multiple properties, and HCCP or comparable tax credit housing training. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Five+ years in property/real estate management.
• Two+ years in management positions.
• Experience managing multiple properties.
• Moderate real estate and management training experience.
• HCCP or comparable tax credit housing training.

Aufgaben

• Recruit, hire, train, supervise, and evaluate site personnel.
• Mentor Community Managers of assigned communities.
• Coordinate with Accounting for monthly financial statements.
• Develop, implement, and deliver annual budgets for all properties.
• Set and enforce spending controls and review variances.
• Coordinate capital improvement programs for assigned properties.
• Direct marketing and advertising to maximize occupancy and income.
• Work with staff to respond to resident needs.
• Ensure timely, accurate reports and policy enforcement.
• Maintain product knowledge of communities and competitors.
• Assist in acquiring new properties when requested.
• Perform quarterly inspections and other duties as directed.
