Job summary

ACC Management Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced Area Manager to support property operations across its Wisconsin portfolio.

The role focuses on hands-on coverage and training new team members, stepping in during absences, vacancies, and lease-ups, with travel across Southeast Wisconsin. You will work with Regional leadership to ensure compliant operations, resident support, and consistent leasing procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience with affordable housing programs and Section 8 required or preferred.
• Tax Credit knowledge is required and Section 8 experience is preferred.
• Adaptable and strong communicator in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee properties during absences, vacancies, or lease-ups.
• Coordinate marketing, leasing, and administrative operations.
• Onboard, train, and mentor new site team members.
• Travel to multiple property locations as required.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and company policies.
