Job summary

S.C. Swiderski is seeking an Area Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance function across its Wisconsin properties, including Willow Estates in Plover. You will oversee maintenance personnel, ensure safety and high-quality service, and align maintenance with leasing and tenant-service goals.

The role requires a strong background in facilities management, budgeting, and vendor oversight, with a focus on reducing costs and extending asset life across multi-site operations.

• Lead and develop a maintenance organization across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing maintenance organization across areas and sites.
• Define and enforce SOPs for maintenance scheduling, preventive maintenance, work orders and ticket resolution.
• Establish KPIs such as time-to-resolution and tenant satisfaction.
• Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations to ensure safety, quality, and compliance.
• Develop preventive-maintenance programs and monitor vendor performance.
