Envolve is seeking an Area Manager in Wisconsin to lead multiple apartment communities, oversee staff hiring, training and supervision, and ensure strong financial and operational performance. You will partner with the Regional Manager to drive budgeting, reporting, and occupancy goals.

The role requires 5+ years in property/real estate management, experience managing multiple properties, and HCCP or comparable tax credit housing training. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

• Direct marketing and advertising to maximize occupancy and income.
• Work with staff to respond to resident needs.
• Ensure timely, accurate reports and policy enforcement.
• Maintain product knowledge of communities and competitors.
• Assist in acquiring new properties when requested.
• Perform quarterly inspections and other duties as directed.

We are currently searching for an Area Manager in Wisconsin.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for recruiting, hiring, training, supervising, and evaluating all site personnel of assigned communities. Area Manager should interview and give final recommendation for the hiring of all site personnel of assigned

• Responsible for direction and coordination with the Accounting Department, the delivery of accurate and timely monthly property financial statements to both the Regional Manager for final review and to the

• Responsible for setting and enforcing spending controls for all assigned communities and reviewing all variance
• Assist in the coordination of all capital improvement programs for assigned

Education and Work Experience Requirements

• Five or more years in property/real estate management required
• Two or more years in management positions required
• Previous experience managing multiple properties is strongly preferred
• Moderate Real Estate and Management training experience required
• HCCP or comparable tax credit housing training required
