Job summary

ALDI is seeking motivated individuals for the District Manager Trainee program, a 44-week intensive training path designed to prepare leaders to oversee multiple stores. The role focuses on customer service, employee development, and operational excellence within the Oak Creek division of Wisconsin.

Starting salary is $95,000 with a $5,000 signing bonus; subsequent increases project to $110k, $120k, and $130k by years 2–4. Domestic travel is required daily and a company car is provided.

• Directs and develops store management teams to drive sales and high performance.
