Job summary
ALDI is seeking motivated individuals to join our District Manager Trainee (DMT) program in Wisconsin's Oak Creek division. Over a 44-week training period, you will gain hands-on experience preparing you to oversee multiple stores and drive sales growth.
As a district manager, you will work with store managers to ensure exceptional customer service, develop teams, and implement plans to improve operations. Starting salary is $95,000 with a $5,000 signing bonus and staged increases through Year
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required in business or a related field.
- Ability to lead store management and develop teams.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel within the district daily.
Responsibilities
- Directs and develops store management teams to drive sales and customer service.
- Creates staffing, staffing plans, and staffing decisions within the district.
- Oversees compliance with policies and training across stores.
- Establishes action plans to improve operating results.
- Leads district weekly operations and training events.
