Job summary

ALDI USA is looking for motivated individuals to join our District Manager Trainee (DMT) program, a 44-week intensive training path designed to prepare you to oversee multiple ALDI stores within the Oak Creek Division of Wisconsin. You will work closely with store managers to drive sales growth, deliver exceptional customer service, and foster a positive, productive team environment.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
