Job summary

ALDI USA is seeking motivated individuals for the District Manager Trainee program in Southeast Wisconsin and Northern Illinois. The 44-week training prepares you to oversee multiple stores, driving service, efficiency, and growth within a district.

The role covers Oak Creek Division areas, with daily travel and a structured, mentor-led path to district leadership. Starting salary is competitive, with a signing bonus and staged increases through Year 4.
