Hot Spot Cell in Neptune Beach, FL is seeking a Store Manager to run the day-to-day operations at our retail wireless store. This is a hands-on manager position where you will coach your team and drive sales performance.

You’ll hire, train, coach, and retain top retail talent, resolve customer concerns professionally, and push both individual and team sales to meet monthly goals while providing ongoing feedback and recognition.

What You’ll Do
