Hot Spot Cell in Saint Augustine, FL is seeking a Store Manager to run the day-to-day operations of our wireless retail store. This hands-on leadership role involves managing store operations, coaching your team, and driving sales performance to deliver outstanding customer experiences.

You’ll hire and train staff, develop people, and foster a positive, energetic retail environment. The franchise owner handles hiring decisions, and you’ll play a key role in achieving monthly goals and delivering

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of retail management or leadership experience (wireless preferred).
