Job summary

Hot Spot Cell in Bay Shore, NY is seeking a Store Manager to run the day-to-day operations of our retail wireless store. This hands-on leadership role focuses on coaching the team and driving sales performance.

You will hire, train, coach, and retain top retail talent, resolve customer concerns professionally, and push for meeting monthly goals. Franchise ownership means direct reporting to the franchisee. This position requires a flexible retail schedule, including weekends.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of retail management or leadership experience (wireless preferred).
• Proven ability to coach, motivate, and develop a sales team.
• Strong sales mindset with experience hitting or exceeding goals.
• Comfortable with performance metrics, reporting and accountability.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends.
