Job summary

Hot Spot Cell is seeking a Store Manager to run the day-to-day operations at our Palm Coast wireless store. You will lead a hands-on team, coach teammates, and drive sales performance in a fast-paced retail environment.

This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a proven ability to meet or exceed goals while delivering outstanding customer service. Franchise-owned; relocation bonus and benefits available.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years in retail management or leadership (wireless preferred).
• Proven ability to coach, motivate, and develop a sales team.
• Strong sales mindset with experience hitting or exceeding goals.
• Comfortable with performance metrics, reporting, and accountability.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
