Job summary

Wireless Zone, a Verizon Wireless Premium Retailer, is seeking a Wireless Operations Assistant to support in-store sales teams and learn our sales processes. You’ll engage customers, assist with device transfers, and help with merchandise and stock organization in a dynamic retail environment.

Ideal candidates are energetic, friendly, and eager to learn about wireless technology and sales. Flexible hours including weekends and evenings are required to fit store needs.

Qualifications

• Stays up-to-date on the latest data/entertainment tech and devices (e.g., Wi-Fi).

Job Description

Assists in-store sales team by making outbound customer service phone calls, assisting customers with customer service needs, merchandising sales floors, organizing stock rooms, greeting customers, transferring customer's data to their new device, selling accessories and completing all other daily needs of a retail store location. Handle service inquiries from customers. Provides efficient, courteous customer service and assistance in all aspects of product offerings and services.

Job Requirements

• Staying up-to-date on the latest data/entertainment technology and devices, such as Wi-Fi, data devices, etc.
