The role emphasizes collaboration with department leaders to shape onboarding for sales, support, and field service teams, plus measuring training impact and ROI for leadership.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or bachelor's degree.
• Technical knowledge: telecom systems, wireless and fiber networks, broadband.
• Exceptional facilitation and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with LMS and e-learning tools.
• Experience delivering training programs for frontline teams.
• Eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver training for frontline employees, technicians, sales and customer service.
• Create materials, manuals, e-learning modules and job aids aligned with standards.
• Conduct classroom and virtual training to ensure knowledge retention.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and KPIs, adjust as needed.
• Stay current with telecom trends and learning technologies.
