Job summary

RedLion Mobile is seeking a Wireless Sales Trainer to design and deliver comprehensive training across NJ and NY markets. The role focuses on technical, sales and customer service skills, ensuring staff stay up-to-date with telecom products, technologies and compliance standards.

The position is hybrid, based in New Jersey or New York Borough, with compensation up to $75,000 annually. You will collaborate with leaders and SMEs to develop onboarding programs and measure training impact through

Qualifications

• Education required: high school diploma or bachelor’s degree.
• Experience in designing and delivering training programs for telecom or retail teams.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills in-person and virtual.
• Proficiency with LMS and e-learning tools; data-driven evaluation of training impact.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver training sessions for frontline staff, technicians, sales and customer service teams.
• Create training materials, manuals, e-learning modules and job aids.
• Evaluate training effectiveness using KPIs and post-training metrics.
• Collaborate with product managers and subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance.
