You will create materials, run in-person and virtual sessions, and assess training impact with KPIs while staying current with product launches and industry regulations.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or bachelor's degree.
• Experience delivering training in telecommunications.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills across in-person and virtual settings.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver training sessions for frontline employees, technicians, sales teams, and customer service representatives.
• Create training materials, manuals, e-learning modules, and job aids aligned with telecom technologies.
• Conduct classroom and virtual training using interactive methods to ensure knowledge retention.
• Collaborate with department leaders to identify performance gaps and training needs.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and KPIs; revise programs based on data.
